Tips

  • spicy tuna roll is always a good staple
  • If you like Poke, GET the Hot Hot Hot Fish Salad Now.
  • Sashimi 21 is one of the best dishes in Buffalo
  • Try the grapefruit sorbet - tangy!
  • Get the chef's choice. They will never disappoint.
  • Get the Sashimi 21... delicious.
  • Order the Tender Salad and dump the dressing on top, then pull apart the tuna, cut the avocado in half and the tofu in half and eat a bite with a little bit of everything... heavenly!
  • Do not get sushi here. It is terrible. This place seems like an authentic Japanese seafood restaurant, with dishes specifically from Japan. Might be good for exploring different cultural dishes.
  • Best sushi in the 716. Period.
  • Don't understand what the hype is about Sashimi 21. It's alright. And it's not filling (8 pieces with avocado and capers). Just go with the chefs choice.
  • Best shushi place in Buffalo!
  • Some of the best sushi in buffalo
  • Best sea vegetable salad I have ever had! Yum!
  • Tasty, fresh, authentic sushi rolls. If you're not a fan of wasabi, tell Mr. Sato, because it's tucked into many of the rolls.
  • The ceviche special is so amazing great citrus flavor with a bit of a kick! See the picture with the shell. The tiradito special was also heavenly with a little bit more of a kick!!!
  • Miso Soup: My Favorite! Mmm... Good.
  • sashimi 21 was superb. cajun tuna superb. bbq grilled octopus skewers on special was superb. choc mousse was very good but not a must-have, but very good.
