  • Among the best dishes are a whole grilled quail on a stick, tasting like charcoal and ginger, and a steak tartare thats served, Flintstones style, atop a giant bone filled with roasted marrow.
  • The Laotian heat will leave you wanting more. Rules: eat with your hands & order extra Bang Bang sauce. Musts: crunchy rice, chili prawns & whole bass. Pay with Cover and skip waiting for the check!
  • The only Laotian food in Manhattan, and it's great. Spare ribs, crispy coconut rice with lime sausage, bone marrow with steak tartare, and pork curry noodles. Equally good for a date or a group.
  • Choose anything on the menu with that sexy bang bang sauce. All the food here makes me want to do naughty things. Spicy, succulent and delicious.
  • Awesome experience! 1) Ask to be seated in Vance's section 2) Order the duck laap, crunchy coconut rice w/ sausage, spare ribs, & whole sea bass 3) get extra bang bang sauce 4) eat with your hands
  • The upscale takes on Laotian food here are too subtle for our tastes, but they can deliver some satisfying southeast Asian flavors.
  • The house pride is sticky rice, a Laos staple. Its tight-packed but not oily nor gluey. Served with a mild, chutney-like tomato dip and, much better, atom-splitting bang-bang sauce.
  • Ask the chef for #vegan options and he will create special menu for you. Mushroom jerky is awesome!
  • ProTip: They do one thing for lunch and they do it well. Bahn-Mi with a cup of Au Jus.
  • Don't miss the pork and shrimp crispy spring rolls.
  • Order the sticky rice app with Bang Bang sauce. Oh man, it's hot, but everything's better with Bang Bang.
  • The crunchy coconut rice and whole quail small plates are excellent. I could eat the crunchy coconut rice all day.
  • Excellent service and one of the few Laotian restaurants in NYC. Ribs are a must, the coconut rice pudding is super yummy, brussels sprout special is delicious- make sure you're into spicy.
  • The chili shrimp, sausage, and pork curry noodles. Love they start off with sticky rice and bang bang sauce. Would love to try the other dishes!
  • The ribs are amazing and of course the sticky rice with bang bang sauce is a staple. Be careful of the bang bang sauce!
  • Everything here is nom'able, however, my absolute favorite thing about this place is the bang bang sauce for the sticky rice. The glass noodle dish with bacon is pretty filling.
  • Order everything.
  • Impressed by spiciness, not Westernized spicy but Laotian spicy!! Hot like fire!!
  • Sticky rice with the bang bang sauce is amazing! (Actually try the bang bang sauce with everything). Fun cocktails, great service, impressive food presentation. Bass was ok but pork belly delicious!
  • You get the strange feeling you're being watched when you're in the bathroom...
