Tips

  • The Kazbar (winner of countless Wine Spectator awards) is Arizona's numero uno wine bar, stocked with more than 3,200 labels and a wine list that reads like a James Michener novel.
  • It's all about the Guntrum... Tell them Foodies Like Us recommends them!!
  • Wonderful Wine n Music bar - with - bonus - great (and great value) small plates offerings for sharing and pairing food and wine.
  • Best of Phoenix Winner 2011: Best Place to Buy Wine by the Bottle. In the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, theyve got a real wine bar and a wine list thats 2,000 labels strong.
  • Charlie and Chris are the best bartenders in Old Town.
  • Smells like a vampire wiped his ass in here. A disturbing synthesis of garlic, chlorine, and feet. Good wine selection, tho.
  • Go on Tuesdays for a fun live band and amazing wine selection!
  • A speakeasy. Enter from the back.
  • If you see a wall placard that reads, "Like all good speakeasies, the entrance is hidden in the rear," you're close. Look for the doorman around back.
  • Thursday nights are the best night here as a local jazz artist sings live. But get there by 8 or you won't have a place to sit !! Food is ok. People are friendly.
  • Come see the JJs on Tuesdays :)
  • Kazimierz World Wine Bar is a lot like an old-time speakeasy, except instead of making booze in bathtubs, they serve wine in bottles.
  • Love the ambiance....great music and food:)
  • Great place if you can find the hidden, unmarked door.
  • be sure to go on a night when they are having a live jazz!
  • Very dark and intimate bar. Good wine and cheese selection. Live band also plays around 9 PM.
  • Awesome and live music
  • In town on a Tuesday and a local pointed us in this direction. Fantastic live band and a great atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to go on a Tuesday, this is it.
  • Don't order anything other than liquor. They charge $4 for a seltzer water.
  • Bar tender service worst I've had in a long time. Be prepared for long waits. Not recommended. Average wine list.
