Jumeirah is already a world-renowned brand known for its extravagant hotels and ultra-luxe experiences. This June, they made their hotels a little bit sweeter by the introduction of their newest rewards initiative. Jumeirah Sirius is a loyalty program designed to recognize repeat travelers and acknowledge them with exclusive perks.

“I think the paradigm has shifted in loyalty, it used to be how loyal is a guest to the brand? But that’s completely changed to now the question becomes, how loyal is a brand to its guests?” says Ross McAuley, Group Vice President Brand, Digital and Loyalty.

The four-minute video explains the brand's vision for the program and their desire to give loyal guests a new experience each time they visit. As a Blue, Silver or Gold member, guests can benefit from no blackout dates, complimentary airport transfers, invitations to exclusive events, room upgrades and lifestyle savings.

“It’s crucial that our colleagues are able to recognize our Jumeirah Sirius members within the hotel to give them the service that they deserve,” remarks McAuley. “And that’s not just Gold members because the Blue member of today will be the Gold member of tomorrow.”
