Jessica Biel To Open Bakery

These days, filming movies and being engaged to Justin Timberlake aren't the only things on Jessica Biel's mind. The Hollywood actress, who stars in the upcoming action movie Total Recall, is also looking into opening a bakery with friends that would be called "Oh Fudge." In a recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Biel revealed that she and her friends "have this idea to make this cool space where you can have great food (and)... send your family and kids to cool classes. I would have the bakery component. I say I'm into it, but I'm not a great baker — yet. Baking is really very mathematical and I'm terrible at math." [Yahoo! Philippines] 

Biel hasn't gotten all the components of baking down yet; however, she admits: "I'm a really good loaf person. I do loaves, but sweet loaves like zucchini loaf or banana loaf or banana blueberry loaf. It's really good!"

Looks like Biel wants to follow in the footsteps of her fiancé, Justin Timberlake, who co-owns the restaurant Southern Hospitality BBQ. What baked goods would you like to see at Jessica Biel's bakery?
