• The customer service can be hit-or-miss, but overall it's a pretty good JCPenney. Find your coupons in the mail, you'll get great prices.

• Employees weren't very helpful and seemed very intent in kicking you out 30 minutes before the store closed. Lots of clearance items but probably won't come back.

• just stopped in for a look on black Friday. .. so surprised that the service was great. even with all the crazy shoppers. out of all the stores I hit up the service was the best here. I'm shocked.
