Iconic Beverly Hilton Set To Launch Sunday Brunch October 27th

Sunday Brunch in Los Angeles is like Page Six is to New York and like showgirls are to Las Vegas: essential. Brunch in LA is the hub of where gossip flourishes and friendships are reinforced. In many cases it's where your Friday and Saturday night antics are soaked up by tasty food and ever-flowing mimosas.

Although the Sunday brunch tradition is true to other cities, it's popularity in Beverly Hills is claimed as tradition. During the week it's the common "lets do lunch" whereas the weekends one liners of "lets do brunch" are saved exclusively for your friends.

With the above considered, there are many notable brunch spots in LA, and The Beverly Hilton has zoned in specifically on this tradition.  At one of the most iconic Los Angeles locations and recently re-designed Aqua Star Pool by Hollywood designer Estee Stanley, this iconic hotel will kick off a Sunday brunch on October 6th that includes a breakfast buffet for $55 per person, plates such as eggs benedict, an omelet station and smoked Scottish salmon. No worries that $55 includes bottomless Prosecco, fresh juice, coffee and tea.

Why should this spot be on our radar? You will be dining next to the largest hotel pool in Beverly Hills, heated to 82 degrees year-round. This outdoor oasis will play host to this Sunday Los Angeles tradition, spearheaded by Chef Zack Gochin, chef de cuisine at The Beverly Hilton.
