  • I used to believe one needed to have lived an incredibly hard life to be able to sing the blues. The cheerful falsetto of His Royal Highness, Prince Trantomere, taught me otherwise.
  • House of Blues Dallas displays the "Crazy Quilt" and keeps a metal box of mud from the Delta Mississippi underneath its stage. Team Live Nation
  • Great music venue, even though their tall beer cans of Miller Light are $9.
  • Great artists always in town. Great gospel brunch on Sunday but valet is pricey. If visiting take dart or shuttle bus. -Tiffany Derry, Top Chef
  • Best Place Ever!
  • Service was SUPER slow before a show. Plan extra time if you're wanting to catch opening acts.
  • If you see me, buy me a beer.
  • Get wasted before you come. Save on drinks
  • Jake and Ellwood wore comfortable shoes. So should you, as standing/dancing for concerts is the norm. Good musicians booked here.
  • This is a great place to go to a concert. Take a date and stroll he streets of downtown Dallas after the show. It's romantic but not cheesy. The concerts put on are awesome and always entertaining.
  • If you want to get a great spot during a concert. Skip the bar. It doesn't matter how early you line up. If you hit the bar as soon as they let you in, you won't get a good spot for the show.
  • Dine in the restaurant or shop in the company store before the show and you can get early entry in the music hall. Pass the line!
  • Try the sweet potato fries, they're unsalted and not heavy.
  • If you're going here for a concert, make sure to make dinner reservation and you can bypass the crowd waiting in line
  • You have to check out the Sunday brunch. The food is awesome, great music, and Lady Diamond was a wonderful host.
  • #madiannedavis is great! #openmic #hobdallas
  • Live nation and ticketmaster have finally joined together, like Germany and Mussolini in WWII.
  • Live nation, hob, the parking, and the drinks all cost twice as much as thy should. I hate when music I enjoy tours through here-- worst venue in Dallas. Plus the security is rude.
  • Housed in the White Swan building, this unique structure celebrates history of the blues, complete w the "Crazy Quilt" & a metal box of mud under the stage. Great place to see a show! #seemoresights
  • Park near west end pub. Well lit, guarded lot for 5 bucks and its only three blocks away. Also drinks at that pub are super cheap. Don't buy hob hooch. Super $$$.
