This upper west side jewel features bold New American cuisine and is situated just a few steps from Central Park. They'll be showcasing a four course meal for $110; with options such as fresh pasta, lobster Bolognese, and gulf shrimp and sea urchin stew.

Acanto: Chicago

Right by the business district is Acanto, an approachable Italian eatery. For the most romantic of occasions the restaurant will be featuring a special a la carte selection including seared sea scallops and black truffle tagliatelle.

Kinzie Chop House: Chicago

If you're looking to impress your significant other, look no further. The chop house offers complimentary champagne and homemade chocolates! Well, only if you book your reservation far enough in advance. They also offer a four course 'sweetheart menu' for $140 per couple. Menu options like walnut crusted halibut and peanut butter Oreo pie are sure to delight.

North Pond: Chicago

All of the food featured on this menu has clear origins in the local market. Dishes like the bass kabocha and the chocolate mango chai parfait are sure to entice foodies everywhere. North Pond will be serving a five course tasting menu for $125, wine pairings are available for $60.

Birsch: Los Angeles

The Birsch in Los Angeles will be featuring a three course prix fixe menu for $70. Here you can indulge in rich polenta and classic chocolate covered strawberries. But this chef has plenty of tricks up his sleeve to make this a memorable evening; dishes like the fois gras with blood orange jelly will leave you only wanting more.

Absinthe Brasserie and Bar won't just be offering a three course prix fixe menu for $62, they will also have their full menu to offer. Dine on entrees like crab stuffed prawns with chili spiced hollandaise and desserts like pistachio ice cream with a mascarpone mousse. This menu can only be described as sinfully decadent.

If you're a vegetarian it can be hard to find a place to eat on holidays, most restaurants offer set menus without substitutions. All Spice made our list of Valentine's Day menus because they offer a vegetarian option of their six course menu ($145). Don't fret, wine pairings are also available.

The Barrel Room: San Francisco

Here at The Barrel Room the menu change every three months, showcasing a different region. So even if you've dined here in the past, there is always something new on the menu. Enjoy the perfect romantic evening during a five course menu complete with two wine pairings per course.

Bianca: Miami

If you're spending Valentine's Day in warmer parts of the country like Miami, you'll want to try restaurant Bianca. Their menu for this February 14th includes tuna pizza with truffle oil, risotto all'aragosto and hazelnut espresso cake to end a fabulous meal. And if you're looking to impress your date or just make this an extra special night, the restaurant will have a Veuve Clicquot champagne toast. All of this is just $100.

The Betsy: Miami

Looking to splurge for your romantic holiday? The Betsy may have the perfect menu for you; for $1200 you'll have a poolside candlelight dinner for two that includes a customized three course dinner. The menu can include dishes such as oysters, baked goat cheese, and crepe soufflé.

Beachcraft: Miami

If you and your significant other are a fan of Top Chef you'll want to spend Valentine's Day at Tom Colicchios restaurant Beachcraft. Other than the breathtaking view, you'll also have a three course dinner for $95. A la carte will also be available, but what's better than eating oysters on the half shell with a view of the beach?
