Tips

  • Got an amazing service from Brad. All staffs are very nice. Toroniku Yasai Gomadare Hiyashi and Karamiso Tsukemen I ordered are lacking flavor. Will try to order something else next time.
  • Finally a great ramen shop in the Seattle area! This Japanese chain is known for its shio tonkotsu ramen. You won't be disappointed!
  • Some of the finest ramen I've had, and I've returned here frequently to make sure it's not a fluke. Can replace the pork broth with vegetarian broth if preferred.
  • Can't praise enough for this place. You know it's great ramen when they only have ramen on their menu.
  • Love the gyoza combo for lunch. This place could get vey crowded for lunch .
  • Happy Hour is Sundays to Thursdays. 3pm-5pm!
  • Try Cha-Shu Gohan Combo - Ramen and Cha-Shu over rice
  • Shio Tonkotsu Ramen w/ aji-tama gets it right.
  • I recommend the Toroniku Ramen. The pork has great flavor melts in your mouth.
  • Spicy broth is bomb.
  • Tsukemen, karaage
  • This ramen place is so good.
  • Little Ramen place just off the main strip in Bellevue. Solid dishes and a good, cheap combo menu
  • best ramen in seattle. maybe best on the west coast.
  • Ramen was pretty good. All of it was variations on tonkotsu. Probably wouldn't get the dry, salty karaage again.
  • I got the salmon & ikura gohan. So glad I did, fresh & flavorful just as it should be.
  • Takiyaki are the best
  • Fantastic flavorful ramen. Chill, quiet atmosphere.
  • Vegetarian ramen is really good!
  • I'm not a pork broth fan, so when I come here I enjoy their rice bowl with salmon and roe on top.
