Heirloom Tomato Salad
One taste of this salad with juicy tomatoes with tangy cheese and fresh herbs, and you'll never want summer to end. Unadorned, flat-out fab.
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 Cup ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
- 1/4 Cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1 Pound mixed fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 Cup thinly sliced red onions
Combine all ingredients.
Salad can be made ahead of time. Prepare as directed, but do not add the cheese. Refrigerate up to 8 hours. Toss with cheese just before serving.
