Healthy Cheese Dip

This healthy cheese dip is made with feta cheese, fresh cucumber, and Greek yogurt. It's the perfect way to lighten up at your Super Bowl party or game day!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 Cup diced green onion, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 Teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, feta cheese, cucumber, green onions, lemon juice, and black pepper. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with the extra green onions.
