Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup diced green onion, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, feta cheese, cucumber, green onions, lemon juice, and black pepper. Spoon into serving bowl and sprinkle with the extra green onions.
