Tips

  • The Bloody Mary's are brilliant
  • Proper cheese and pickle sandwiches - a rarity in decent pubs these days since wankerfication of our pubs back in the '90s. Branston pickle too - no food service vagaries.
  • Famed for being one of London's most haunted pubs.
  • Listed as a gastro pub and priced as such. However, good selection of four ales on the handpumps, including rotational guests.
