  • The second floor features a ham bar (yes, a ham bar) with six seats that face the kitchen where staff prepare an assortment of hams, including speck, culatello and prosciutto. Via
  • WBJ's Top Shelf says: "Top Chef runner-up Mike Isablella will serve his infamous pork shoulder bathed in pepperoni sauce. Those who watched will know what I am talking about. Yum! (WBJ 4/8/11)
  • Beyond the handmade pastas and artisanal pizzas, Graffiato has a ham bar, prosecco on tap and, of course, that famous pepperoni sauce from his stint on Top Chef: All Stars. [Eater 38 Member]
  • Try the sweet corn agnolitti--one of the best dishes on the menu.
  • Get the brussel sprouts. A mound of crackling, nearly blackened Brussels sprouts is served on a plate of yogurt and tossed in a maple syrup and pancetta dressing. A hard-boiled egg tops it off.
  • Did you know that this is the first solo venture from Top Chef contestant Mike Isabella? Order the calamari-topped Jersey Shore pizza or the house-made agnolotti.
  • Wooden booths, barn lights and exposed brick give the restaurant a casual, neighborhood vibe. The tables were hand-crafted by owner Mike Isabella (of "Top Chef" fame) and his father-in-law.
  • The sweet corn agnolotti was outstanding, best dish I had.
  • Must try their signature sparkly wine Montelvini Prosecco. It will sparkle you taste buds
  • 2 1/2 stars in Tom Sietsema's Fall Dining Guide 2011. "Dessert tells you where you rank with the chef: Insiders get a gratis plate of zeppole," writes Tom.
  • Brussel sprout app was KILLER!
  • Agnolotti are amazing. Best Cesar salad ever.
  • The White House pizza is delicious
  • So many delicious items here. The bone marrow is phenomenal, the chicken thigh with pepperoni sauce is amazing, the pork ribs exquisite and the Jersey Shore pizza is out of this world!
  • The Brussels sprouts came highly recommend by our waitress & rightfully so. There are fantastic!
  • Prosecco oysters with caviar.... marvelous.
  • Don't order the Caesar unless you LOVE anchovies. It has diced pieces mixed in (not mentioned on the menu) and more anchovy paste in the dressing than I've ever tasted
  • James. Great bartender or the greatest bartender? I'll put ya down for greatest.
  • Everything is amazing! The chicken thighs are a must.
  • What keeps us coming back is the zip of Mike Isabellas small plates and pizzas, which seem tossed off but involve layers of work and detail. The cooking pulses with a big heart.
