Tips
- The menu is small, but changes frequently. Try the Beef Bone Marrow, Cucumber Salad with Garbonzo, and Potato Latkes. Chef Ilan Hall dreams up the dishes has a young and well-trained staff.

- The chef is best known as the kid who won the second season of "Top Chef." He builds dishes from the flavor up. These are not intellectual exercises.
- Great eclectic selection of food on the menu. And crazy wide variety of scotch.
- Get the Nueske's bacon-wrapped matzoh balls, a delightfully tasty paradox in food tradition. Happy hours yield half-off all bar items, which will prove useful at The Gorbals' full bar.
