Tips
- Read about owner Ralph Lee, 31: I want this place to still be here in 20 years, he said. Not like his fathers childhood home in Shaw, replaced by a parking lot.
- I would eat the gnocchi in the shower. Alone.
- Don't let the tacky sign fool you. The vibe is actually good inside.
- Get here before 6 for a good seat and the $5 wine happy hours.
- The pizza, with its raised lip, perfect char and yeasty character, is marvelous.
- Delicious pizza that you cut yourself with big scissors.
- The braised veal was fantastic.
- Awesome food and excellent service - very impressed! The La Dolce Vita cocktail was delicious and the octopus was out of this world!
- Excellent Olive E Carciofi pizza made with delicious nostralina olives that are the real star of the dish along with artichokes, sundried tomatoes, smoked mozzarella, basil, garlic, & peperoncini.
- Todo muy bueno.
- Solid cocktails (try the one w gin, prosecco, and strawberry pure) and pizza.
- Pizza. All day everyday.
- Excellent decor with quality cocktails for around $7 at Happy Hour. High quality pizza for the Happy Hour price!
- Excellent pizzas and definitely try the salad with farro and roasted beets. Bonus for cutting our pizza with scissors!
- Food was excellent; gnocchi was to die for!!!
- Decent but way overpriced. Given how many similar places are in the area, save your money
- Order the Andiamo. Pronto.
- Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and very friendly service. Excellent!
- Good for dates, great cocktails and cool vibe
- Best pizza in DC.
