  • The best and most famous Chinese biscuit maker on the Penang Island. Their biscuits and sesame oil makes for great gifts and souvenirs.
  • So fast no stock? Large pure sesame oil, etc
  • In addition to the Tau Sar Pneah, Ghee Hiang is also famous for its Pong Pneah
  • This is still my fav place. Call 04-227 2222 to reserve tau sar pneah. Drop by & collect in a jiffy. Boo to Him Hiang for making ppl wait for hours.
  • Indons have ole-ole, Penang has...
  • The idea of their new concept is more like a fast food concept.
  • The original taste of Tau Sar Pneah for more than 2 centuries. And it's non-halal. That's what good about it! Rating: 4.1/5.0
  • If possible, try every of the different varieties! Beware of the expiry date, even though it's baked fresh. Usually lasts for only 2 weeks! If getting it as a souvenir, make sure it's given away fast!
  • Dao Sah Phiah and Bay They Saw are nice... other's so so only
  • Best ever sesame oil
  • Always like their "Tou Sha Peng"... practical packing size... If you have not decided which brand to go to... I definitely recommend you this.
  • I do come here to get their kicap and their biscuits as it is better than ban heang
  • Visa & MasterCard accepted for purchases above MYR50.
  • sesame oil was good!
  • Tau sa peanh
  • Clearly touristy & corporate. You can't taste. They just expect you to buy straight off due to its fame. 160yrs of tradition to nothing but mass produced. It is nice but rather go to Ming Xiang Tai
  • Ordering system is very commercialized like buying fast food.
  • Always get sesame oil here call up & book your biscuits to avoid disappointments been having the biscuits since young! YUMMY
  • Love their phom pheah. Getting their sesame oil here is cheaper!
  • 155 years and counting
