  • A shadow of its former self since Chef Hirigoyen sold it off and opened Piperade.
  • great date restaurant
  • Get the flourless chocolate cake!
  • went there a second time, 5star again for the service, the food is good but not the best, but i would go back, the tenderloin was good, roast chicken is also good. next time i will try their shrimp!
  • A fine restaurant to have a romantic dinner. Good meal, better wines.
  • Mike J is a moron. Must explain why it's impossible to get same day reservations on a Friday night before 9.
  • The tuna burger here is consistently delicious - the best I've ever had. I try to go at least once a month to get my fix - lunch or dinner.
  • The food was good but overall overpriced
  • Creme Brulee
  • Amazing place for dinner - great food, service, and wines! Get the duck confit.
  • Outstanding Northern-French cooking. Nice setting. Excellent service. Remarkable prices. Good surprisingly-affordable wine list.
  • Get the creme brle. Best I've ever had. It's so good!!!
  • Great and affordable French good served by a mostly French staff! Try the lamb and the frise salad.
  • Everything is great -- the famous duck is superb. Desserts are luscious. Great service and a refreshingly affordable wine list, particularly good by the glass choices.
  • not the best but one of the better! nothing to disappoint but not much to impress neither. i grow up eating french so could be a little picky but overall its a nice place with true french spirit.
  • Flourless choco cake!
  • Prawns with pastis. Dover sole with risotto. Wine: Girgich Hills Sauvignon blanc
  • Authentic French restaurant w yummy food. I liked the spicy calamari and veal braised short ribs. The atmosphere is homey and people sit around chatting for awhile.
  • Just finished watching a movie at the Metreon? Walk a few more blocks down 4th, and come here for dessert -- it's fantastic. I recommend the chocolate banana brioche pudding. Dinner's great here too
  • fries were amazing. unsalted and super crisp
