The taplists will overflow with dark beer, as Fort George taps new specialty stouts each week. Look for Squashed Stout, Cherry Chocolate Stout, and Long Dark Winter Milk Stout. Fort George Stout & Oysters Brewer's Dinner
Wednesday February 25th, 2015

Every year, Fort George hosts a series of brewer's dinners throughout the winter. Held once a month in the upstairs restaurant space utilizing the wood-fired oven, the dinner offers five courses, each paired with a distinctive beer. In February, that dinner showcases rich stout and fresh, local oysters. Seats are $65 for one, or $60 each for parties of two or more. Reserve your spot at the table online at http://store.fortgeorgebrewery.com/ or by calling the pub at 503-325-PINT.

Fine Print: Tickets to Darkness are transferrable, but not refundable. $30 entitles the ticket holder to a 2015 Festival of Dark Arts tasting mug and ten (10) stout tasting tokens. Additional tokens will be on sale at the festival for $1 each. A limited number of $10 tickets are available for non-drinkers and minors. Be forewarned – stout will stain, the Festival of Dark Arts will sell out, and hotels will be full. Reserve your rooms today, buy your tickets online, and wear your darkest clothing.
