Foursquare Tips

  • Truly the most exquisite service I have had in DC. The mocktails are refreshing, lobster ravioli to die for and dessert-- save room for the sweets! A+ experience
  • The grilled branzino, the blood orange salad and the pistachio mint chocolate cake are not to be missed
  • The 7,500-square-foot Italian restaurant is the biggest one Ive ever done, says chef-owner Fabio Trabocchi. You can select whole fish from a market counter. Grilled fish will be filleted tableside.
  • Get the brodetto (like bouillabaisse). It has more seafood than appear in a season of SpongeBob SquarePants. Throw in some bread, a glass of chilled ros, and youre feasting in the Mediterranean.
  • Go with grilled calamari, lobster ravioli and share ricotta pancakes for dessert. Great service, awesome cuisine!
  • Excellent place: great view, delicious food, super nice staff... Very nice place to spend a lazy Sunday
  • Lobster ravioli is from paradise! extraordinarily amiable staff and perfect service. A must-visit place!
  • Very trendy. Food is regular for the price. If you get a nice view its worth it
  • It's great dinner spot! Warm and cozy areas for both dining and meeting for a cocktail. The service is excellent from valet to the busboys. The food was amazing; I highly recommend the lobster ravioli
  • Lobster ravioli
  • This place never disappoints. The tuna tartare is to die for. Any pasta is fantastic. And the frozen negroni is the best summer cocktail in DC!
  • Sea food, white wine and the river
  • The branzino was as close to perfection as I have had recently. I tried the mafalde and The lobster ravioli and preferred the former, although both were good.
  • The place, the service , the attention its just unbelievable, all the personal was amazing and with all the details, its not possible find a better place for wedding proposal, we are really happy.
  • Mixed seafood grill
  • I'm drooling just thinking of the truffle risotto again. Save room for dessert- the donuts are crunchy on the outside, gooey on the inside amazing. The marchesa chocolate dessert was my favorite.
  • Made with a spiced watermelon ice cube, Fiola in Washington D.C. has a beautiful spin on a classic gin and tonic that looks as good as it takes.
  • Great atmosphere and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The meal was delicious but honestly too expensive.
  • Great brunches. Great drinks and good service ! Pricey but worth the price. Brunches are fun and the fish tastes fresh !
  • The front of house staff needs a little work but the food and drinks are spectacular. Everyone says try the lobster ravioli but the Mafalde is where it's at. Trust me on this. Also don't miss dessert.
