Feta, Chicken, and Mango Tacos
These feta, chicken, and mango tacos are easy to make and are a great way to use leftover chicken. Simply wrap these ingredients in a tortilla and a nutritious dinner is ready.
- 3 Cups shredded cooked chicken
- 3/4 Cups tomatillo salsa
- 1 mango, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1/2 Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 12 6-inch flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 6-ounce package ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
Toss chicken with salsa. Combine next 4 ingredients. Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas; top with mango mixture, then feta. Fold in half.
