  • Opening in 1898, The Marketplace provides a distinctive space for bringing together the greater Bay Area's agricultural wealth and renowned specialty food purveyors under one roof.
  • Our favorite thing to do on nice days is get a round-trip ferry ticket to Angel Island, buy a beer on the boat, and sun on the upper deck until the ferry gets back to SF.
  • Grab a Blue Bottle coffee, some Cowgirl cheese, Boccalone meats, Acme bread, and sweets from Miette. The Saturday farmers market is stellar. - Green Guide Editor
