Tips

  • Voted Best Late-Night Menu in Westword's Best of Denver 2011!
  • For anyone who appreciates an impressive beer list and fun food, this is the place. The music here is always great and Euclid is open late. What's not to love? [Eater 38 Member]
  • Chow down on chicken and waffles, poutine, sausages and/or bone marrow any time of the day!
  • Look for Ryan @denverbartender behind the bar. Do try the duck poutines, they've tweaked their food and drink menu. All their signature drinks are amazing, but Maudie's Melons is my fav!
  • Chicken and Waffles!!!
  • Oyster po'boy is the shizz. So is the chick and waffles.
  • Hearty American comfort food. Try the chicken and waffles. And don't miss the sausages, especially the kielbasa. Entrees $9.50-17.50; small plates $4-16. "More Info" for review:
  • Follow me: Chicke'n'waffles paired w Avery White Rascal Belgian Wheat; Green Beans paired w Firestone Walker Double Jack and the Brat Burger paired w Telluride Brewing Co. Face down Brown and be happy
  • Always good beers on tap and a great bottle selection. Not in the mood for a beer? Ask certified Cicerone Ryan Conklin for a delicious beer cocktail.
  • Voted Best New Restaurant in Westword's Best of Denver 2011!
  • Ask @Denverbartender (Ryan Conklin) for the Colorado 14er. It's a classic ;)
  • Love the sausage sampler with the mustard and the pickles.
  • You can get half orders of poutine
  • It's hard to order a burger from a menu as awesome as this, but the brat burger is fantastic. Greater than the sum of its parts.
  • Duck, Duck, Goose + Bone marrow + beer list conditioned by math = euphoria
  • Sausages and mustards, oh my! Have one of Ryan's beer cocktails, or just be prepared to be wowed by his beer knowledge.
  • Love the fried cheese curds? Try them with with the bacon aoli that comes with fries.
  • Try the Chicken and Waffles
  • Sit out on the patio for some great sun all day long and enjoy happy hour from 3-6
  • Late kitchen hours (until midnight) great hip hop at night and amazing beer and food. Try the Duck poutine and the sausage platter
