  • Kristi Molinaro's 30/60/90 class is a killer workout!
  • three words: cold eucalyptus towels
  • Flip flops a must in the showers!
  • Please don't put perfume/cologne on before your workout, yuck.
  • use the wifi in the lobby, and also the 2nd floor.
  • Horrible redesign of the gym floor! Where are the spaces for people to do abs?
  • We love the Eucalyptus towels offered at this gym - always refreshing after an intense workout.
  • Reza was born from the Spin Gods. Awesome music, high energy and great interaction with his spinners. A+
  • Lots of muscle pretty boys competing to see who is the prettiest -_-
  • Rachel's 9am spin class on Thursdays is awesome. Great music, high energy... How every day should be started!
  • Feel like Ferris Bueller! If you're coming here from west or south of Greenwich Ave, make sure to run down the middle of Bank street. Bonus points for leopard sweater vests
  • 5:30AM is the best time to workout: no crowd, no waiting. Get up and do it!!
  • One of the best locations in the city. 3 floors of weights and cardio, yoga, pilates, boxing studios. Spa and a 2 lane pool in the basement
  • Whipped with Mark Hendricks is a fun way to burn 550 calories (and meet new people)
  • Third floor is music free... Peaceful.
  • Great gym if you're a finance wiz working 14h a day and need a gym that takes care of everything. The swimming pool only has 3 lanes and is pretty crowded so that sucked.
  • Treat yourself to an aronia berry smoothie after your workout. It looks like blood and costs a fortune but think of all the antioxidants!
  • Take Johan Montijano's yoga class. He has such a great sense of humor, you'll be laughing the entire time. And I just looove his accent!!
  • Get into #DoubleSessionSunday with Darryl (spin) & Johan (yoga). It'll be the best 150 minutes of your day. <<FYI: Darryl's class is amazaballs, book early!>>
  • Had a long day at work and need a boost? Add C4 Extreme before your workout for enhanced energy! You'll thank us later!
