St. Patrick’s Day-Themed Sips for Your Bash Slideshow

Lucky Leprechaun

1 oz. MIDORI Melon Liqueur 
2 oz. Dry Ginger Ale
Juice from 2 Lime Wedges

Pour over ice and serve in a low ball glass.

The Irish

1 oz. MIDORI Melon Liqueur
Top with Tonic Water

Pour ingredients over ice into a glass, and stir gently. Garnish with a squeezed lemon wedge.

Green Lantern

2-3 muddled limes and

1½  oz. Midori

1 oz. Lucid Absinthe

Ginger Ale

Garnish:  a long green lime spiral

In a rocks glass, muddle 3 lime wedges, add ice, Midori and LUCID and transfer to a shaker.  Shake thoroughly and return into rocks glass.  Now add ginger ale and lime spiral.

Green River

1.5 oz CAMUS VSOP Elegance Cognac
1.5 oz Midori
1 oz lemon Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters

Combine CAMUS VSOP Elegance Cognac, Midori, lemon juice and bitters with ice.  Stir and garnish with lemon.

Irish Kiss

2 parts Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur

2 parts smooth tequila

Fresh basil

Lemon juice

Muddle fresh basil, add Rhuby and tequila and shake over ice. Strain into a chilled salt-rimmed tumbler and add a bit of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Garnish with a basil leaf.  

Lepre-tini

2 oz. Vikingfjord Apple Vodka 

1.5 oz. Sour Apple Liquor
2 Teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice.

Add ingredients to martini glass, garnish with green apple slice. 

St. Patty’s Day Spruce

2 oz. Vikingfjord 80 Proof Vodka

2 Dashes of Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

Cucumber Spruce

Fever Tree Tonic Water

Pour in two ounces of Vikingfjord vodka and top with tonic water. Add two dashes of celery bitters. Fill glass with ice. Squeeze in one lime wedge and discard. Garnish with cucumber spruce.  

St. Patty's Smash

1½ oz. CAMUS VSOP

½ oz. CAMUS Coffee French Roast, brewed and chilled

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

2 dashes chocolate bitters

Lucid Absinthe rinse

Simple syrup

Add all but absinthe to a mixing glass. Stir. Strain into a chilled rocks glass with an absinthe rinse. Garnish with an orange peel.
