Kourtney Kardashian Shares Her ‘Life-Changing’ 6-Step Process to Eating Kit Kats
In a special video segment for her website, reality television star Kourtney Kardashian — sister to Kim, who once had “the craziest addiction to Equal,” and Khloe, who organizes her cookies like a maniac — shared one of her own strange food compulsions, the execution of which may drive you insane.
That compulsion focuses on Kourtney’s preferred method of ingesting Kit Kat bars. “I’m going to show you guys something that Kim taught me,” says Kourtney. “I think we were like, seven and eight — it’s how to eat a Kit Kat, and it's pretty life-changing.” According to Kourtney, it also “makes you eat less, because you’re eating it so slow.”
Essentially, the Kardashian-approved Kit Kat strategy involves methodically stripping the chocolate coating from each side of the wafer, until you’re just left with three layers of wafers. But of course, you can’t just eat those together, like some kind of glutton — each of the three wafers must be separated and eaten individually to achieve completion of the Kardashians’ Kit Kat action plan.
“This tastes so much better,” Kourtney promises. “Like, I would never even dream to eat a Kit Kat and just like bite into it.”
