At least 28 people were killed after a ferry carrying about 100 passengers was hit by another vessel and capsized Monday morning in the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka, authorities said. The exact number of victims was still unclear as rescue crews frantically searched for survivors in the Buriganga River. At least three children were among the dead, a fire department official told The Associated Press.
