The Food Network star is posting selfies that show off the difference three months can make with exercise and careful eating.

Duff Goldman, star of Food Network’s Ace of Cakes, has embarked on a program of exercise and "eating cleanly," and is sharing his experiences with his followers on Twitter and Instagram.

The Charm City Cakes baker recently posted side-by-side selfies comparing himself today and three months ago, and the difference is noticeable.

“Wow,” he captioned the images. “It's been three months and I feel like these are photos of two different people.”

He captured another instance of his changed physique in a mirror selfie that he published to Instagram. “That feeling when you lose so much weight you drop a shirt size so all your friends send you new t shirts,” he wrote. “Thanks @therealikes!”

Goldman is not shy about sharing information on his new routines with his followers. Even on vacation in Israel, Goldman set aside time to focus on his workout.

“How to kill jet lag,” he captioned the photo of himself looking sweaty. “Wake up at 4 am, enjoy the local plant life while watching the sun come up over the Golan Heights, then hit the weights. My brother Willie did it all with me against his wishes, but I can be pretty convincing. This is my Dwayne @therock Johnson impersonation.”

He also showed his followers that although he is being careful about what he eats, he still has the occasional candy craving. Sweets seem to be the expert cake decorator’s weakness, as proven by this funny Instagram.

It appears that Goldman's new regime will continue. He still claims that he has a long way to go.
