Foursquare Tips

  • The variety here is endless! You can find fried plantains, Cuban rice & beans, and roast pork sandwiches - all under one roof. As recommended by Travel Channel host, Anthony Bourdain.
  • Best of Miami 2013- Best Breakfast: El Palacido De Lose Jugos. Try their Chicharron, a deep fried swine rind smeared with fat, accompanied with an array of fresh fruit juices.
  • Cheap Cuban food, fresh fruits, veggies and a bakery known for it's fresh squeezed sugarcane, tamales and perfectly salty chicharones cut to order. [Eater 38 Member]

  • The juice palace: they've always got really amazing coconut juice.
  • Best Cubano I've ever had (not the cheesy mess I'm used to). Paired great w/ a fresh watermelon juice. Don't feel like a sandwich? There's a wide variety of food at this market/outdoor restaurant.
  • Best of Miami Winner - Best Breakfast: Order the porker's finest part: the chicharrn ($9.99 a pound). Deelish.
  • Try el sandwich de pechuga de pollo
  • Fresh juices and pork chicharones are great!
  • For a typical Cuban experience get "puerco", "arroz congri", "maduros," and "chicharrnes." Wash it down with either a "guarapo" or "batido de mamey."
  • Used to be my go-to spot, but the quality of the food has definitely suffered while prices continue to rise. Good, quality food at reasonable prices used to be the allure. Not so much anymore.
  • This place is basically a market that serves food, but what food it is. Hands down, these are the best chicharones in Miami -- and possibly the world.
  • You should have pork, yuca and Moros! Always fresh! Also dulce de leche al estilo Cubano, tamales and arroz imperial are really good
  • You can come here everyday for two weeks and have a different juice. Try #Mamey
  • Don't forget tostones!! Mmmmm :)
  • Chain of Cuban take out spots with all the classics in economy prices, and a juice bar with an extended variety of tropical fruits. Limonadas are a must try.
  • My favorite is the Cuban style BBQ pork ribs with arroz moro and yuca. Dont forget the guarapo :cane juice".
  • The name literally translates to "the Juice Palace." And this place is exactly that -- one of the best spots in town for fresh, natural juices.
  • It's the live version of Pinterest for Cuban Food, you must try Arroz Moro and ropa vieja. Very carful because portions are huge!
  • Get a Pan con Tortilla, you won't regret it!
