Cary, NC (RestaurantNews.com) Centennial, CO based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its second North Carolina Restaurant on Monday, August 31st. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m. and is located at 1104 Ledsome Lane on Walnut Street off US 1, in Cary, North Carolina.
On August 30th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The Carying Place. For over 20 years, The Carying Place has been helping families help themselves. Their unique program offers a homeless, working family the opportunity to get off the street into a safe and secure home for their family and to learn how to rebuild their lives. “The entire Carying Place family is excited about its new partnership with The Egg & I. It is another great example of a local business supporting our community. We appreciate the commitment of the entire The Egg & I operation to help us make a difference in the lives of those less fortunate in our community,” said Allen Reep, Chief Executive Officer of The Carying Place.
