About Rigel Sparkling Riesling Anniversary Ale

ABV: 5.8%, IBU: 31, GRAVITY: 13 °P

Rigel sparkles in the late autumn sky as the brightest star in the constellation Orion. Rigel Sparkling Riesling Anniversary Ale takes its light orange color from Pale, Munich and light crystal malts, which also lead to a nice, creamy mouth feel. Crystal hops impart a slight fruity hop flavor and low bitterness. Rigel contains one percent fresh pressed Riesling juice from theTesoAria Winery, used to increase its fruity-ester profile. Rigel drinks crisp like a good sparkling wine.

About Oort Imperial Stout

ABV: 8.5% IBU 71, GRAVITY: 21 °P

Named for the Oort Cloud, a spherical region surrounding the planetary system, Ecliptic's Oort Imperial Stout is brewed to be aged in Bourbon Barrels. A limited number of non-Bourbon kegs were saved and aged throughout the past four months for a special showcase at Ecliptic's anniversary. This will be the first time the stout has been poured.
