Shake Shack To Open At Penn Station In NYC

Come Saturday, Dec. 3, at 7 a.m., commuters arriving through New York City's Pennsylvania Station will be able to visit the newest Shake Shack location on the lower concourse.

"There are few places that capture the hustle and bustle of New York City like Penn Station," Randy Garutti, Shake Shack CEO, said in a statement. "We'll be there to fuel our fans just passing through, commuting or attending an event at the Garden—day and night!"

The Penn Station Shake Shack will serve breakfast daily from 7 to 10:30 a.m. and Shack classics from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The three breakfast items available will be the Sausage, Egg N' Cheese; Bacon, Egg N' Cheese; and Egg N' Cheese. The sandwiches will be made with griddled-fresh cage-free eggs and American cheese on a toasted potato bun.

Coffee and tea will also be available for a morning pick-me-up. Stumptown cold brew and cold brew with milk, which is brewed and bottled in Brooklyn, will also be available.

Shack drip coffee will also be made from an exclusive organic Stumptown blend sourced direct trade. Five cents from every cup purchased will be donated to The Fresh Air Fund, a nonprofit that provides free summer experiences to New York City children from low-income communities, according to the nonprofit's website.
