Owned by Australian restaurateurs Nick Hatsatouris, Nick Mathers, and Lincoln Pilcher, the menu focuses on French and Italian comfort dishes, including an excellent house cured charcuterie plate; fries in truffled aioli; roasted bone marrow; quail with apples; jidori chicken; warm wheatberry and lentil salad; grilled Monterey squid; lamb meatballs; prime hanger steak with horseradish and anchovy; and hand cut tagliatelle with pork, beef, and lamb ragu. Desserts include a fresh apple tart, butterscotch pudding with smoked sea salt, fresh housemade ricotta and farmer’s market fruit, warm doughnuts with spiced sugar and jam, and a salted chocolate chip cookie sandwich with strawberry ice cream.
