The Donald features a well-done Prime beef patty with aged Cheddar cheese, heirloom tomato, and Bibb lettuce on a gold bun, served with a side of tiny little pickles (take this mini pickles side as you will). These are “elevated ingredients often found on a standard American burger, representing his promise to 'make America great again,'” according to the brand. The gold bun? An added over-the-top component to represent Trump’s wealth and over-the-top (and absurd) personality.
On The Hillary? The brand says, “That’s classified information — Grille guests must email 'Hillary burger?' to TheHillary@dfrg.com to receive burger details.” That said, I'm sure it's one outstanding burger that doesn't need to overcompensate or offend to get its deliciousness across.
Other burgers offered include the Grille Prime cheeseburger with double patties, lettuce, red onion, tomato, pickle, and sloppy sauce; the lamb burger with roasted tomato, arugula, and tzatziki sauce; and the wagyu patty melt with griddled onions, American cheese, and caraway Russian dressing.
