CookOut NYC's Little Big BBQ Is This Weekend

CookOut NYC's Little Big BBQ is going down this Saturday, June 18. Events include a newly launched Ribs King of NYC competition, inspired by Brisket King of NYC, and also new to this year's lineup is a daytime all-inclusive "Battle of the Sides" session. This battle will be featuring an a variety of great vegetarian side dishes to go along with pulled pork, grilled sausages, hot dogs, and burgers.

The main meat competition (Ribs King of NYC) will have 10+ chefs and pitmasters per event, who will compete to be crowned King.

The little Big BBQ's chefs, butchers, and pitmasters in attendance includes: Robbie Richter, the original pitmaster, Fattycue; Bill fletcher, Fletchers' Brooklyn BBQ; Butcher Jason Fox, Hudson and Charles; Butcher Jake Dickson, Dickson's Meat; Ash Fulk, Hill Country BBQ; Jean Paul Bourgeious, Blue Smoke; Doug Keiles, Ribs Within; and other chefs.

This event, as well as all CookOut NYC events, feature outdoor grilling (including vegetarian options), along with cooking competitions and celebrity chefs, plenty of craft beer and hard cider with wine while supplies last, live music and other entertainment, and beautiful water views.
