Sharky’s Will Donate $1 From Every Wild Alaska Salmon “Lite” Burrito Purchased in February to the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women Rock the Red LA Campaign
Westlake Village, CA (RestaurantNews.com) Sharky’s Woodfired Mexican Grill has taken their menu to heart in February — American Hearth Month — and will donate $1 from every Wild Alaska Salmon “Lite” Burrito purchased during the month to the American Heart Association’s “Go Red For Women Rock the Red LA” fundraising campaign. With heart disease and stroke a leading health threat for all Americans, Sharky’s is committed to raising funds that will help educate consumers about the simple lifestyle changes they can make to dramatically increase hearth health, including making healthier eating choices.
Rock the Red, #RockRedLA, is a month-long campaign led by volunteer leaders of Go Red For Women Los Angeles to raise awareness and funds for women’s heart health. Companies throughout Los Angeles, including Sharky’s, have made a commitment to the hearts and lives of women in the community. Throughout February, these valued partners will host special events and promotions in support of Go Red For Women, including the local Rock the Red LA campaign.
