Jamaican–New Mexican fusion is the name of the game at this bright and modern Las Vegas restaurant, which opened in the spring of 2010. Owners Bryce Krausman and Dalton Wilson have created a charming and spacious hotspot with a lively bar as well as an outdoor patio.
The expansive menu includes starters like jerk baby back ribs or fried calamari, chicken flautas, and a pesto torte; rice bowls come topped with Jamaican curry chicken, slow-cooked pork, or vegetable curry; braised short rib, oxtail, and jerk-seasoned fried chicken are in the “From the Oven” category; and grilled offerings include jerk lamb chops, filet mignon, chicken, and a Duroc pork chop. You can also get a traditional New Mexican-style green chile cheeseburger, macaroni and cheese with truffle oil, and a one-piece side of fried chicken if you just want to try it (which we suggest you do).
DW Bistro has one of those menus where everything looks tasty, and you can be assured that it all is.
