  • Admire the intricate carvings adorning this building, shipped piece by piece from Boulders sister city in Tajikistan. Have a bite to eat and order a pot of tea from the teahouses exhaustive menu.
  • The Dushanbe Teahouse was created as a gift to the city of Boulder, Colorado, from its sister city Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, in 1987. No power tools where used in the original construction.
