Taco Bell Launches Watermelon Freeze With Faux Seeds

Taco Bell is turning a favorite warm-weather fruit into an icy slush drink. This season, fans across the U.S. can cool off with the chain's limited edition Watermelon Freeze, which even comes complete with seeds — candy seeds, that is. While this small addition sure is trendy and cute, fine print warns that the faux seeds could be a choking hazard for kids aged three and younger.

Taco Bell's new Watermelon Freeze is available now nationwide. It costs $2.29 for a regular, $2.59 for a large, and just $1 during the chain's Happier Hour from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Other frozen beverages on the menu currently include the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Freeze and the Skittles Strawberry Freeze.

If you live near Taco Bell Cantina outposts in Newport Beach, California or Chicago, Illinois, you can snag something a little boozier. The Berry Frosé is a strawberry-flavored slush with a 2-ounce pour of rosé. The Instagrammable treat retails for $7.99 in Newport Beach and $5.49 in Chicago. If you often find yourself saying "yes way" to rosé, here are 20 ways to enjoy it this summer without actually drinking wine.
