  • Created right here in Waco at the Old Corner Drug Store. Learn about the history of sodas, DP, and even Waco. Then, get a genuine DP from a soda jerk like they used to do at 10, 2,& 4.
  • The Home of Dr Pepper is the 1906 Artesian Manufacturing and Bottling Co.. It houses the Dr. Pepper Museuma, celebrating the native Texan soda with more than 100,000 artifacts.
  • Charles Alderton invented Dr. Pepper, first called "Waco," in a local pharmacy. He then began selling it as a syrup mixed with carbonated water at his soda fountain. Watch this video for more info.
  • Love the soda fountain. You can get a DP Float!
  • Had high expectations, but the museum itself was a let down, especially after having been to World of Coke recently. Fountain is the lone highlight of this place.
  • Be sure to stop in the shop afterwards and get a Dr. Pepper the original way.
