- The Downtown Aquarium houses more than 500 species of animals, and you can dine in the Aquarium Restaurant seated around a 150,000 gallon aquarium while feasting on a variety of delicious selections.
- 500 species of ocean-dwellers roam landlocked Denver at the regions largest aquarium. Get up close with the sharks, turtles, stingrays and otters who swim in more than a million gallons of water.
- Take your Time and enoy..
- Ask for a table near the aquarium and make sure they tell you some facts about the tank to test your waitress. Beware of the voyeur baracuda.
- The complex features as public aquarium boasting more than one million gallons of underwater exhibits that highlight fascinating ecosystems around the world and house over 500 species of animals.
- Find the Tiger if you dare.
- Eat some fish while you watch their friends swim.
- Sorry, but this aquarium isn't worth the high admission prices. Plus, being owned by a restaurant chain, it isn't very authentic.
- Snorkel with the fish and dive with the sharks. A-1 Scuba &Travel Aquatics Center offers these programs every weekend. Fun for the whole family.
- Denver Aquarium makes for a great family outing, or a great date evening! There are great interactive stations to learn about sea life, as well as all the beautiful creatures you get to observe.
