  • Mr. Ansel's interpretation of a Paris-Brest uses soft caramel, chocolate ganache and peanut butter cream. "It looks like a French classic," he said, "but it tastes like a Snickers bar."
  • Dominique was my pastry chef for 7 years before opening his own bakery. I love to pop in for some flaky DKA, or a special seasonal treat for my wife. If Im lucky he sometimes sends me a cronut!
  • Oh wow, cronuts sell out within 30 minutes of opening (at 8am) so get in at 8 if you want some! Limit 6 per person
  • Croissants- excellent. Mind blowing? The DKR!! It's croissants hotter sibling. Outside- Sweet & crunchy. Inside-. Amazingly flaky. If you are lucky enough to get the CRONUT do it. Croissant + donut
  • Lil hidden yard in the back is one of my fav spots in soho for coffee dates!
