Tips

  • Dig a Pony caters to obnoxious suburban trash too lazy to cross the bridge into downtown, so perhaps the shitty service is just the staff's way of showing disdain for their regular clientele.
  • i don't know why anyone would go here when you have to get up out of your chair numerous times to order @ the bar from annoyed bartenders when other places a waiter comes to you? It's stupid.
  • Play the hipster drinking game. . .be prepared to take a cab home
  • Favorite bar, negroni season
  • Don't forget to wear you skinny jeans and black frame glasses when you go here.
  • Going here ironically...
  • Love the drink "pink moose". A Spicy vodka and grapefruit drink. Also a great spot if you want to eat outside in the spring or summer!
  • Attempt to order from lil-miss-tight-jeans and shrivel in shame as she ignores you. This place makes you feel like Oliver Twist begging for a drop.
  • Beers, cocktails and a few midsized plates all $3 from 5-7pm every day. Pretty good bargain, especially if you order one of the larger sandwiches.
  • One of the better bars in Portland, most diverse crowd in PDX (yet, it's still not diverse). On weekend nights people will turn half of the place into a dance floor and dance to the DJ.
  • This place turns really sexual after 1:30 am. Watch out for the Portland grind!
  • Wait is too long. No service. I feel like I have to work it to get my drink.
  • Parking not so nice
  • This is the greatest bar of all time. Order with abandon, you can't go wrong.
  • Great place for drinks and people watching. Always a show.
  • Don't come here unless you want to wait ten mins before a bartender takes you order on a slow day.
  • Surprisingly packed bar in the middle of the industrial district.
  • They now have tables & benches outside.
  • Mac & Cheese is spicy.
  • Great DJs with a good mix of music throughout the week.
