Tips

  • Order one whole duck ahead of time, and then you get to choose small plates, a side dish or veggie fried rice, and a main in different amounts. Any way you do it, it's actually a pretty decent deal.
  • Tucked into the basement of the original Red Farm in the West Village, this spot sports some great farm-to-table Chinese cooking. Try the shrimp and snow pea leaf dumplings.
  • Heated toilet seat FTW!
  • In addition to the signature duck, guests can order new items like shrimp-stuffed shishito peppers, oxtail dumplings, foie gras & strawberry tarts. Guest pay $65 a head for a poultry feast.
  • Grab a seat at the bar. Much better than communal table seat.
  • if you reserve the duck dinner you can sit @ the bar and get just the duck, which is a lot of food and much cheaper than the whole duck dinner. if you sit @ a table, you have to get the whole dinner.
  • the aged manhattan gives you a nice buzz while you're waiting for a table (either at decoy or red farm)
  • Best Peking duck in NYC! No joke! Prix fixe dinner is a steal but a ton of food. You can also get the duck at the bar!
  • The best and crispest duck in NYC hands down!
  • AWESOME duck place!!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. However, it's a little on the pricier side(tough to get out for under $100/pp)
  • Expensive, but obscenely good. I recommend not eating that day or juice fasting for a few days after. I do wish the potions had been smaller and lower priced, but I regret nothing!!! Get the steak!
  • Peking duck is TRUELY outrageously amazing. Took my bf here for dinner - made his night!! Def highly recommended!!
  • Duck is AMAZING, as are the scallop and crab fried rice, the shrimp stuffed shishito pepper, and beef... Just an amazing culinary experience.
  • The Peking Duck Dinner is a true feast with the outstanding quality you'd expect from the RedFarm team.
  • The sitting down for dinner cocktail is delicious. If you're cold, try the hot toddy - it comes in a big thermos and serves a group! duck wraps & shrimp stuffed chicken are awesome late night eats
  • Peking duck is $$$ so Id recommend going with duck in various other sets on the menu. Dumplings from redfarm available upon request. Say pretty pretty please
  • Duck sandwich, shrimp wonton ramen, beef skewers
  • $79.99 for their prix fixe menu that includes the duck (with 10 pancakes), four small plates, two mains, and one side. Way too much food, so be prepared to have lots of leftovers.
  • The grilled pork toro with Korean rice cake was delicious.
  • Good enough for someone craving Peking Duck to death. However if you actually go to China a lot then its way better and cheaper to just eat it in Beijing...
