Foursquare Tips

  • Start with a lovely onion tart; its flaky, buttery pastry brims with mild leeks and sweet Vidalia onions basking in cream sauce, with herbal notes from arugula salad.
  • For the month of April, the restaurant is serving up a "Zillion Dollar Grilled Cheese," which contrary to the name, has a price tag of $100.
  • Deca provides a serene escape from the chaos of the Magnificent Mile, but you'll have to pay for it.
  • Worst risotto ever......
  • Look for a raw bar, cheeses and charcuterie and small plates including veal terrine ($13) or steak tartare ($14).
  • The shellfish tower is a splurge but the other treats on offer wont break the bank, like the boudin blanc with black truffle which shows up as a plat du jour. - Inspector
  • The menu for Restaurant Week is amazing! The chicken and mashed potatoes are perfect!!
  • 1/2 price wine Sunday-Thursday all the way through Labor Day at this hot spot in 12th floor lobby of the Ritz-Carlton.
  • Inside the Ritz-Carlton, Deca's rooftop bar, the Dec, isn't a winter spot (they're closed), but on colder fall days the fire pit can be useful.
  • Decent breakfast menu. They have a handful of interesting international dishes, like the savory and spicy paratha sabzi.
  • Wonderful place!
  • Excellent food! Great hotel bar!
  • The ambiance and the surrounding is very cozy and homey. Music was good, not too loud. But the food? Very disappointing. I wont recommend this place for all occasions.
  • Easter brunch was $135 pp. Yeah, no. Went to Yolk for a better time - and KRL is the best company I have ever had so we made our own party.
  • The squash soup, Maine lobster salad, frites and chocolate cake are out of this world! I cannot wait to return with my husband!
  • Great food and the prices are a bargain!
  • I think this place is one of the best kept secrets in town. Not nearly as expensive as you'd think and it's lovely and relaxing.
  • The french fries are amazing, truffle salt and cream!!! Also the burger is Divine!
  • I really like the newly remodeled bar/lounge area @ ritz carlton. Comfortable seating and atmosphere. Gr8 for relaxing afternoon cocktail, happy hour and snacks!
  • The place will whip up brasserie-style offerings that include Maine lobster salad, steamed mussels & over 40 wine selections. A bar positioned behind the fountain features floor-to-ceiling windows.
