However, that doesn’t mean you need to sacrifice flavor – I mean, it is the holidays after all. These Chocolate Crackle cookies are little balls of ooey-gooey, melt-in-your-mouth chocolatey goodness, made with your favorite brownie mix. All you need are a few pantry staples and you are good to go. The best part is that no one will be able to tell that you didn’t make them from scratch.

1 box of your favorite brownie mix (I recommend Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix)
1 cup of flour
⅓ cup of vegetable oil
Note: For a slightly lighter version use Whole Wheat Flour and substitute apple sauce for the oil.
