Cucumber Cocktail

End of summer soirées just got cooler. Surprise and delight your guests when you add a lil’ cucumber to their cocktails. Fresh from the farmers market and at their peak – now’s the time to *mix* things up with our spin on a cucumber cocktail. The season may be is winding down, but your bevvy is on the up and up – cheers to that!

Cucumber Cocktail | Red Stamp

{makes 2 servings}

½ medium-sized cucumber, peeled
6-7 basil leaves
Hendrick’s Gin
LaCroix Lime Sparkling Water

In a blender, thoroughly blend peeled cucumber and basil leaves together. Pour cucumber-basil blend into a cocktail shaker full of ice + add 8 oz. of Hendrick’s Gin. Shake well. Evenly divide mixture into two highball glasses + fill remainder with LaCroix Lime Sparkling Water. Garnish with a fresh cucumber slice. Enjoy!
