  • Seven years in, Jason Wilson has proved himself incapable of resting on his formidable laurels (James Beard, Food and Wine)and diners will taste it in the form of a thousand perfect surprises.
  • Best, Wilsons plates nearly always offer the yum factor: that undefinable element that makes fine cuisine into good eatin. Exhibit A: His buttermilk fried sweetbreads, with crisped potato, mustard
  • Jason Wilsons new American cuisine restaurant in Madison Valley. Adventurous cooking, good service and fun wine list. A house transformed into a slick and smart looking restaurant. -Thierry Rautureau
  • High end, interesting spot (a house in a semi suburban/semi hood location), great wine list & staff who know what they are talking about.
  • At Crush, Jason Wilson removes the brine of Moroccan olives by dehydrating, then adding starch to them, leaving a flavor-packed substance he calls olive powder.
  • Diners have been crushing on chef/owner Jason Wilson's knack to modernize Northwest cuisine. Truffles, pork belly and foie gras are pretty standard menu items here. [Eater 38 Member]
  • I used to walk Crush everyday on my way to UW. The delicious aroma permeating the air around the restaurant was sheer torture!
  • Life would not be the same without Crush (and Jason Wilson)! All of my culinary desires and cravings are consistantly surpassed. Not only is the food amazing, the service is even better, if you want
  • Hands down THE best restaurant in Seattle in it's category, everything delights in flavor and yum factor. It's rare to see this type of culinary execution across the whole menu.
  • Foie Gras + Short Ribs + Roquefort Cheesecake = best dinner ever.

  • It was tasty, definitely. And service was good. But someone brought a really loud baby + there was a door slamming constantly that shook the whole house. Kind of an atmosphere killer.
