Coro-Coro Cocktail Recipe

This play on a Caipirinha, from Ronald Flores, mixologist at D.C.'s ArtBar and 2011 ARTINI winner, cleverly subs the traditional cachaça for white whiskey.



Muddle the lime in a shaker. Combine with whiskey, yuzu, agave, and ice, and shake. Wet the rim of a rocks glass with a lime, and garnish with smoked salt. To serve, pour the cocktail into the glass over fresh ice.
