Tips

  • Shhhhhh... the upstairs bar is the place to be!
  • Extremely rude bartenders. It's unfortunate because I love their food and beer selection, but I won't be coming back. I won't support a place who treats their customers so poorly -- get new employees!
  • Brunch was yummy - we recommend the regular Benedict, poutine Benedict, and the cinnamon roll. The pretzels are good but you get such a small amount of pretzels - they aren't worth it.
  • This place is beer heaven!
  • The outdoor patio is purty nice
  • Good food, great beer list, but the service continues to suck. Lots of attitude, complete lack of attention- in general, complete cocks
  • pretzels & beer cheese dip ... Need I say more? You're in Wisconsin now.
  • poutine sounds gross because of the gravy, but its really good.
  • Peter McElvanna's Coopers Tavern is a must stop on the Capitol Square, inexpensive drinks + rustic atmosphere are an unbeatable combination.
  • Holy imported draft beer selection, Batman! Love the Belgians on tap.
  • DUDES GET THE POUTINE NOW!
  • Order the bone marrow appetizer and they'll give you something called the "dugout" shot for free.
  • Best eggs Benedict!!
  • The pretzel covered chicken breast is amazing!
  • Reuben's kraut is soaked in beer...tastes like caramelized onions
  • Scotch! Scotch! Scotch! Good scotch list here
  • Cool place
  • GREAT beer selection!
  • the staff is the best! beer list isn't half bad either ;)
  • Great winter drinks menu.
